30-day returns
You can return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened skincare unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
How to return
- Email maisonsoleilskincarecontact@gmail.com with your order number and the product you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged or faulty.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. You'll get an email when your refund is processed.
